Free 10 Week Trek Fit Training Sessions with O’Malley Fitness
This year we will again have the amazing Mick O’Malley on board to help us get Trek fit. In the 10 weeks leading up to the event, Mick will host FREE weekly after work sessions for every trekker registered for the Surf Coast Trek 2020.
Week 1: 6pm Thursday, 23 January 2020
*This first session will provide information on the Surf Coast Trek as well as training.
